Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and to agree to these terms. The person who books is responsible for their whole party, including making sure every guest follows safety instructions.

Guests under 18 are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. A parent or legal guardian must provide any consent or paperwork we require for a minor to take part.

Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been processed successfully; if payment fails, no reservation is created.

Prices are shown before you pay, itemised into the experience, any add-ons, tax and the card processing fee. Gratuities are optional and are never added automatically.

One person pays for each reservation and is our point of contact for payment, changes and any refund.

Our cancellation policy sets out what refund applies depending on how much notice you give. It is shown to you before payment and is available on request.

If we cancel your trip — including for weather or for safety reasons — you receive a full refund, or a credit if you prefer.

We may substitute a comparable or better boat if the one assigned becomes unavailable. We will tell you if that happens. If a substitution would materially change your experience, we will ask you first and offer a refund, credit or another date instead.

If you do not arrive for your reservation and have not contacted us, a no-show fee applies. The current fee is 20% of your booking total.

If you agree at checkout to keep a card on file, you authorise us to charge that card for a no-show fee, or for damage you or your party cause to a boat or equipment. We will tell you what we have charged and why. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us.

Trips run unless we or the assigned captain judge conditions unsafe. Poor weather alone is not automatically a cancellation. Safety decisions are ours and the captain's to make, and while on the water the captain has final authority over the vessel, its passengers and the conduct of the trip.

You and your guests must follow all safety instructions and applicable law. A captain may end a trip early, without refund, if behaviour puts people, the boat or other guests at risk — for example unsafe behaviour, harassment, dangerous intoxication, damage to property, or illegal activity.

You are responsible for damage you or your party cause beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Boating and watersports carry inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. By taking part you accept those risks for yourself and anyone in your party. We may require every participant to sign a separate liability waiver before taking part; anyone who has not completed a required waiver may not participate.

Gift cards and credits may be applied to eligible bookings. They cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it. If you cancel a trip you paid for with a credit, the credit is returned to you under the same cancellation policy that applies to a refund.

The content of this website — text, images, branding and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs of boats and experiences are illustrative; the boat you are assigned may differ.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you book, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
